Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift
???? Lancaster, PA | ???? $30-$35/hr DOE | ???? 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (4-3-4 Schedule)
Join a growing manufacturing company that produces copper wire products used in data centers, aerospace, and infrastructure projects. We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and help keep operations running safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do:✅ $30-$35/hr based on experience

✅ Paid training on day shift for 4-5 weeks before transitioning to nights

Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED, 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, and working knowledge of PLCs, motor controls, mechanical systems, and electrical troubleshooting. Candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
- 401k - 5% match. Employees can participate after 90 days of employment. - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance through Highmark Blueshield - available day one of employment.
