To support a best-in-class patient support program, the full-time Intake Case Manager will assist in enabling access to therapies for individuals with treatable diseases by engaging with healthcare professionals and managing patient enrollment processes remotely. Key Responsibilities Making outbound calls to healthcare professionals as needed Entering data into systems to initiate enrollment of new and existing patients Reviewing Patient Enrollment Forms for accuracy and completeness, identifying potential barriers, and following up to resolve information gaps Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED At least two years of related experience in healthcare administration, medical coding and billing, or customer service Ability to learn and follow standard operating procedures quickly Experience in delivering high-quality customer experiences Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex issues
